At Fitness Plus your safety is our first priority.

We strongly recommend you:
* Wash your hands frequently
* Spray and wipe down all equipment and mats with disinfectant spray before AND after use
* Use hand sanitation stations throughout the club.

We are closing both steam rooms until further notice

Group exercise classes and daycare are not running during this time

We have adopted the “no handshake policy”

While some of these precautionary measures may seem inconvenient, they are for the health and safety of our members and staff.
